We thought we were financed all was good when we left. We had supposedly spoke to the bank and we were happy.

3 weeks later our nightmare started. They lie cheat and steal they will treat you like a theif and assume because you have bad credit your uneducated. They will try to back you in a corner and then act as though they had nothing to do with it. They lie to the consumer boards they lie to you face and they will steal your down payment then lie and say the put it back in your account.

Except that account is closed so where is the money? The governers office just said it's fine they gave it back except it's 3 weeks later and no money back.

I bought my car in August, and its now October but in The same month my oil light came on so Rightway sent me to an auto shop who said it was just a sensor. Then In September, my engine light came on and they sent me to a shop who did a soft diagnostic, and they still couldnt figure out the exact problem with the car so they wanted me to bring it back and leave it for them to properly diagnose it.

They also said in order to fix it they would need to keep it for a few days. Like how am I supposed to go to work and pay for my car if it's constantly in a shop. So long story short they sent me to a different auto shop who kept my car for two days just to diagnose it. It took over a week for them to get the insurance/warranty company to approve work and they only approved certain things.

During that time, the engine light started blinking while I was driving and a stability check light came on. They wont fix the 02 sensor or the spark plugs that need to be fixed even though I was told by the salesman that EVERYTHING is covered. So now Im stuck paying for repairs for a car I havent even had for two months. I would have kept my lemon that I traded in with no car note if I knew this was gonna happen.

I spoke with a couple different managers who told me its normal for a car to break down after theyve sold it. Rightway is NOT the place to go to buy a car.

I traded in Jeep at the Saginaw location the end of August 2021. The car I purchased had so many things wrong it was agreed to void the contract, get a full refund and my Jeep returned to me, luckily I have it in a message they sent me.

I went to return the car, they said I need to sign paperwork and pretty much buy my Jeep back, I owed 9,000 dollars on my Jeep before this canceled contract, so of course this is what I expected to pay again when they returned it. No, that didnt happen, even tho they got their car back and the contract canceled, they were charging me over 11,000 + 2,000 to get my Jeep back and decided to charge over 8% interest rate, dont let them fool you they absolutely have everything to do with your interest rate. I was forced to do this because I would have no vehicle if I didnt, they knew full well what they were doing. In the end when I walked out the door I now owe over 17,000 dollars.

Please make sure you reject/opt out of your arbitration agreement within 30 days so you can hire an attorney. Im a 59 year old female veteran and nurse on disability, they knew what they were doing to me.

Btw, I bought this Jeep from them 2 1/2 years ago for 12,000 dollars, now I owe more than what I originally purchased it for from them. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I was desperate for a new vehicle back in 2010 and went to them. They sweet talked me into getting a "credit tool" car (07 Grand am).

Made things sound good with a warranty but the high payments every two weeks made me iffy. I went with it anyway. Things were good for a few months then I started needing to do repairs, had to replace struts and springs, their auto repair policy didn't cover it. Then about 2 months later in the spring I was on the road and the water pump went.

Engine overheated and caused damage to the lifters and the gasket. I had a quote for repairs and I could not afford it along with my payment so I inquired about their warranty and they told me that since the engine was not a "critical repair" they wouldn't cover it. But I'd have to continue making payments. I had the broken car towed to the location I bought the car, right in front of their door and put the title in the windshield wiper and wrote void on it.

They called and tried to get me in a new vehicle and start a refinance with my loan mitigated into a new loan. I refused so they sued me for it.
